Publication Disclaimer

Client acknowledges and agrees that publication of the manuscript is not guaranteed. The decision to publish rests solely with the chosen journal and its editorial board. Company cannot guarantee acceptance in any specific journal.

Image Production

The base fee does not include image production. If images are required, additional charges will be applied and agreed upon by both parties in writing before proceeding.

Tables

Company will create tables from Client's data, if needed, for inclusion in the manuscript.

Client Responsibilities

Timeframe

There is no guaranteed timeframe for publication. The peer-review process at journals can vary significantly. Company will work diligently to submit the manuscript and expedite the process, but ultimately, the timeline rests with the journals. Client acknowledges the need for patience throughout this process.

Peer Reviews

Company will handle up to seven (7) rounds of peer review at no additional cost. If further revisions and resubmissions requiring additional peer review are necessary, additional charges may apply and will be discussed with Client before proceeding.

Fees and Payment

Client agrees to pay Company the total fee of 25000 INR in full before work commences on the project. Payment is due in 5 days from the signing of this Agreement.

Process

Company will deliver the first draft of the manuscript to Client within 15 days of receiving full payment. Client will have the opportunity to review the first draft and share it with other authors for their input. Once Client approves the first draft and grants permission for submission, Company will submit the manuscript to the chosen journal within 10 days.
